1.Copper Kettle Reokneader is best suited for making bean paste

●Our company's proprietary technology welds copper that has high thermal conductivity with stainless steel that has superior heat retention, which enables usage at steam pressure of 0.294 MPa(Class 2 Pressure Vessel comprising copper/stainless steel jacketed kettle).

●Copper ion imparts bean paste, green vegetables, etc. with more vivid colors and luster.


2.Structured for excellent thermal efficiency and safety design for prevention of burn injury

●Retaining the heat in the kettle itself improves thermal efficiency and this safety design also minimizes the potential of burn injury due to touching the kettle exterior during heating.

●Structured for excellent thermal efficiency that greatly shortens  cooking time makes it best suited for high temperature cooking.
