01 Superior mixing, dispersion, and emulsification even for high-viscosity applications

Excellent blending/breaking down/emulsifying capability

●Heating, cooling, mixing, dispersion, emulsification and deaeration can all be performed under atmospheric, vacuum or pressurized conditions in a single unit. This streamlined process shortens production time while reducing energy consumption and opearting cost.
●The bottom-mounted cutter unit ensures efficient emulsification even with small batch size, while the angled mixing paddler delivers superior three-dimensional mixing throughout the vessel. This unique combination expands the usable batch range and provides greater flexibility.
●The angled mixing shaft alternates between forward and reverse rotation, continuously disrupting flow patterns to improve mixing efficiency and product uniformity. At the same time, it minimises material adhesion to the blades, reducing product loss and simplifying cleaning.
●Efficient product discharge by air pressure minimizes residual product and supports smooth transfer to downstream processes.(Available on pressurized models only.)

02 Simple design for easy handling

●Simple structure makes it easy to clean. The cutter unit can be detached for cleaning.
●CIP cleaning enables efficient sanitation and supports HACCP compliant production.

03 Measuring devices

●The standard product temperature sensor continuously monitors product temperature throughout the process. Combined with the optional wall temperature sensor and Self Weighing System,
it helps achieve superior batch to batch consistency and highly repeatable production.
